For ages I've been wanting to do a comprehensive tutorial on the Rockbox and Paul helped me out.
The video explains quite well the technique of dampening the snare while hitting the bass,
it also explains the principles of "economy of movement" a term my mate Paul Stanner
came up with when describing my playing.
